Terms of Use
Guidelines for using this website and understanding MMH’s role with its client partners.
01. About these terms
These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using the Mission Mountain Holdings ("MMH," "we," "us," or "our") website. They concern this website and do not replace a separate written agreement governing services, employment, or another business relationship.
Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
02. Website information and inquiries
This website introduces MMH, its team, its services, and the client businesses and brands it supports. News articles and other materials provide general information and may reflect circumstances at the time they were published.
Information on this website is not an offer of securities, an offer of employment, or individualized legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate advice for decisions that require it.
Sending an inquiry or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a client engagement, employment relationship, purchase agreement, or other business commitment. An engagement or commitment requires agreement by the appropriate parties.
03. Independent client businesses
The businesses and brands featured as MMH clients are independent client partners. MMH does not own The Hi-Line Co. or the other client businesses featured on this website.
Each client business is responsible for its own operations, products, services, employment decisions, and legal obligations. MMH provides support within the scope of its separate client engagements.
An ownership role attributed to an individual in a Leadership biography describes that person’s role. It does not mean that MMH owns the business.
References to a client, links to its website, and descriptions of its activities do not create a legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. “Client partner” describes a service relationship. The parties’ actual agreements determine their respective roles.
04. Content, names, and trademarks
Website text, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights belong to MMH, its licensors, or the relevant rights holders. Client names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders.
You may view the website and make limited copies for personal use or internal business evaluation, provided you retain applicable notices. Unless permitted by law or authorized by the relevant rights holder, do not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit the materials.
A reference to a client business or the display of its name or logo does not transfer intellectual-property rights to you or indicate MMH ownership of that business.
05. Responsible use of the website
Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not:
- Submit fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or deliberately misleading material, or impersonate another person.
- Send spam, malicious code, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, its accounts, or its supporting systems.
- Disrupt the website, evade security controls, or use automated requests in a way that materially burdens or harms the service.
We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse, including limiting or blocking access where appropriate and permitted by law.
06. Messages and career inquiries
Provide information you are authorized to share and use accurate contact details so the appropriate team can respond. The general inquiry form is not intended for emergencies or for sensitive identification, payment, medical, or confidential business information.
A general inquiry does not establish a confidentiality agreement. If confidential information is needed for a potential engagement, contact us first to agree on an appropriate process.
We may refer an inquiry about a client business to that business as described in our Privacy Policy. Career inquiries do not guarantee an interview, an available position, or an offer. Employment decisions are made by the relevant employer.
Submitting a message does not grant MMH ownership of your underlying ideas or intellectual property. We may use and route the information as needed to address your inquiry, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
07. Links and client products
The website may link to websites or materials operated by client businesses or other third parties. Those operators are responsible for their own content, products, services, terms, and privacy practices.
This website does not provide a checkout or sell client products. Any purchase or service obtained from a client or another third party is a transaction with that provider, governed by its terms and applicable law.
Descriptions of regulated products or activities are informational. They do not represent that a product or activity is lawful, available, or appropriate in every location. Age, licensing, eligibility, and geographic restrictions remain applicable.
08. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or change without advance notice. Confirm material details directly with MMH or the relevant client business before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MMH disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement concerning this website. This paragraph does not disclaim obligations under a separate agreement or any protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
09. Limits and protections under law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MMH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website.
This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. It does not override a separate agreement with MMH or any nonwaivable consumer rights.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of information collected through the website and related inquiries. Reading these terms or using the website does not substitute for any separate privacy or cookie consent that applicable law requires.
11. Changes to the website and terms
We may update website content, features, and these terms. The current version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where additional notice or acceptance is required by applicable law, we will provide or obtain it.
Changes do not retroactively alter a separate agreement or remove rights that have already accrued. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
