Privacy Policy
How we handle website information, inquiries, and the choices available to you.
01. Who we are and what this covers
Mission Mountain Holdings ("MMH," "we," "us," or "our") provides services to independent client businesses and brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and the inquiries you send to us through it.
This policy covers MMH’s handling of that information. Client partners operate independently and have their own privacy practices. Their websites, customer services, hiring processes, and business activities are not covered by this policy.
02. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, organization, phone number, the business or brand your inquiry concerns, your selected topic, and your message. We also receive information included in your follow-up correspondence.
Career inquiries may include your work interests, experience, and other professional information you choose to share. Please avoid sending government identification numbers, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form.
Information associated with website use
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. The contact form also uses limited technical records to help prevent spam, manage submission limits, and avoid duplicate messages.
Google Analytics processes website-usage information as described in the cookies and Google Analytics section.
03. How we use information
We use information for the purposes connected with your interaction with MMH, including to:
- Read, respond to, and follow up on business, media, career, and general inquiries.
- Understand which MMH service or client business your inquiry concerns and route it appropriately.
- Operate the website, diagnose problems, and protect it against spam, misuse, and unauthorized activity.
- Understand website traffic and improve the usefulness of our content through Google Analytics.
- Maintain necessary correspondence and business records, meet legal obligations, and address disputes.
04. When information is shared
Service providers
Providers that support website hosting, email, website maintenance, security, and analytics may process information in connection with those services. These include WP Engine for website hosting, Google Workspace for MMH’s email, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Website messages also pass through the service configured to deliver contact-form email.
Client inquiries
When you reach out about a client business or brand and your request calls for its involvement, we may share relevant contact details and message content with that business to respond to or collaborate on your request. This can include a career inquiry that you intend for that client business. Selecting a client in our form does not mean that the form sends directly to that client; MMH receives the inquiry first.
A client business handles information it receives under its own practices and applicable privacy notices. MMH’s service relationship with a client does not make that client part of MMH.
Legal requirements and protection
We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
05. Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure page visits and interactions, together with device and browser information, referral sources, and approximate location.
You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. The add-on affects Google Analytics measurement; it does not stop other website processing, such as hosting logs or inquiries you submit.
Your browser settings may let you remove or block cookies. Blocking some cookies can affect website features and does not necessarily stop all analytics requests.

06. How long information is kept
The appropriate retention period depends on the reason information was collected, whether an inquiry or relationship remains active, security needs, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Email correspondence, website logs, analytics data, and backups can have different retention periods.
07. Security and processing locations
No website, email system, or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Please limit the information you send through our general inquiry channels to what is necessary for your request.
MMH is based in Montana. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Data-protection laws can differ between locations.
08. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit an inquiry or not to provide optional fields. You can contact us at info@mission-mountain.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion.
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights to confirm processing, access information, obtain a portable copy, correct or delete information, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or significant automated decisions. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Use the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe your request. Where permitted and necessary, we may ask for limited information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method with you.
If a request is denied and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” Identify the original request and explain the reason for your appeal. We will handle requests and appeals within the time periods required by applicable law and provide any required explanation or regulator complaint information. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
09. Other websites and external content
Links to client partners and other organizations take you to websites governed by their own privacy policies. Review those policies before providing information to those organizations.
Some site imagery is delivered by an external image provider, Unsplash. Loading externally hosted content can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser information to that provider even if you do not click a link.
10. Children’s information
This website provides business information and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact info@mission-mountain.com so we can investigate and address the matter under applicable law.
This website’s informational content does not authorize access to age-restricted products or services. Any such restrictions are determined by the relevant business and applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we will update the date shown on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice, consent, or choices for a material change, we will provide them. Changes will not be used to override rights or consent requirements that apply to information previously collected.
